The supply of the keyholding service (comes as standard)
For assistance or to escalate incidents, all of our clients have access to our control room around-the-clock. It has trained security personnel on staff who will respond to calls right quickly. All of our security agents use a ‘lone working app’ to keep an eye on their fitness & safety.
One of our Contract Managers will be on ground to ensure that quality service is delivered.
Inspection of Vacant Properties
Site patrols on a regular basis at erratic hours of the day and night to prevent and identify crime or other issues related to your property.
One of our security officers will go to the client’s location as often as agreed.
External and interior building and site inspections will be completed by our security as scheduled.
We will react right away and escalate any:
- Fire and security incidents are reported to emergency authorities and through the clients’ reporting system or policy agreed upon.
- Maintenance matter where necessary
- Include the Patrol App on your smartphone, and a member of our team of experts will conduct a site vulnerability assessment to pinpoint areas or resources that are more vulnerable to security breaches or from where aggressive reconnaissance could be launched.
- At any identified vulnerable point, we will place patrol tags to direct our security officers and used as data for evaluating performance.
Alarm monitoring and Emergency call out
Response will be initiated by our round-the-clock control room, which will as pre-agreed, escalate security, fire, and maintenance issues. We’ll try to send a guard to the location within 30 minutes.
As soon as they arrive, our guard will conduct a dynamic risk assessment in response to the fire or intrusion alarm. Our guard will look for indicators of damage and unauthorized entrance on the building’s exterior.
When necessary, we shall get in touch with the Fire Service or Police to request their presence on the scene if we notice any signs of fire or unauthorized entrance.
Our guard will perform a thorough internal investigation of the structure, giving close attention to the location where the alarm activation is thought to have taken place. When our guard arrives, they will reset the intruder / fire alarms immediately they and the emergency services (if need be) have conducted their investigation and approve the location as clear.
Before we leave, the environment is then completely re-secured.
Weekly Fire Alarm Test
Every week, according to agreed plan, our guard will test the fire alarm system. To make the test possible, our guard will communicate with the external Alarm Monitoring Center (AMC).
Each week, the AMC will activate the alarm’s test mode, and one of the alarm points will be actively tested by an on-site guard.
